Lines, Light, and Structure: A Modern Interior Defined by Geometry
This interior project articulates a clear architectural language through the precise use of lines, volumes, and light. The design is rooted in a minimalist approach, where every detail serves both function and composition.
The living space is anchored by a double-height shelving system in black powder-coated steel, forming a modular grid that integrates storage with architectural expression. Warm wood inserts soften the industrial frame, while linear LED lighting accentuates the structure and introduces a layered depth to the walls. A sculptural wire-frame pendant complements the verticality of the space, offering illumination without disrupting sightlines.
Extending this visual language beyond the main living area, a wall-mounted steel installation continues the emphasis on clean geometry. These restrained interventions ensure spatial cohesion across the residence.
The dining area reinforces the dialogue between structure and light. A slim wooden table with black accents is paired with textured upholstered seating, balancing tactile comfort with refined lines. Above, a custom suspension lighting system of fine black cables and minimal pendant points creates a sculptural presence, echoing the linear rhythm established throughout the home. Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains diffuse daylight, adding softness and atmospheric light control.
Unified by geometric precision, warm material contrasts, and considered illumination, the interior achieves a balance of structural clarity and domestic warmth — a contemporary living environment where design discipline meets everyday comfort.
