The pre-existing house was renovated to meet the needs of the new family of three to become fully operational.

Careful placement of uses with simple geometries and natural materials and colors, touching modern minimalist trends, was the main design objective.

Particular importance was given to the natural ventilation of the building, since the rearrangement of the openings ensures the air ventilation of the building.

The outdoor pergola was designed to integrate the interior with the outdoor space, giving the user a sense of continuity.
